Sanding and Refinishing of existing wood floors can greatly enhance any space, along with adding value to your home. We start off each project projecting your home, cabinetry and appliances with plastic to ensure your permanent fixtures are protected. We utilize professional sanding machines with dust containment systems to minimize extra dust. We offer all Duraseal stain colors.

Installation

Our certified professional team takes all the precautions necessary for a successful wood floor installation. When we source your wood, we will delivery prior to ensure full acclimation to your home environment. We take moisture readings throughout your installation to ensure that your wood floors will last a lifetime.

We offer and source:

• All domestic woods in solid 3/4”

• All domestic woods in engineered 3/4” or 5/8”

• Nail down

• Glue assist (planks over 4 in”)

Maintenance Coatings

Offering maintenance coatings to existing wood floors finished with polyurethane, water based finish, or a wax coating. Refresh your floors in typically a few hours time.
