All our floor sanding machines have attached dust containment systems and we fully prepare your space to avoid as little life disruption as possible. Sanding and Refinishing

We provide sanding and refinishing of all hardwood, prefinished and engineered hardwood floors. Keep the floors natural or choose any stain color. After sanding and staining, we apply a protective seal coat followed by 2-3 coatings.

Finish Upgrades

Other finish options available are commercial finish, hardwax oil (Rubio Monocoat) and impact oil application (Loba).

For more of a unique look for your space, we offer other techniques such as custom stain colors, fume, smoke (reactive stains), dye, texture and wire brushing.

Maintenance Coating

If your floors do not need a full sand/refinish we offer maintenance coatings for existing wood floors currently finished with polyurethane, water-based or wax coating finishes. Typically, this process can be done in just a few hours. We offer this for residential, businesses, and schools.

With our over 15 years’ experience installing hardwood and engineered flooring, our team takes all the precautions necessary for a successful installation. Our wood deliveries are made 5-7 days prior to the installation to ensure the wood properly acclimates to your home environment. We offer nail down, glue assist and full trowel glue options.

We offer all domestic woods and widths in solid 3/4" and engineered 5/8” and 3/4”. Our quotes will also include any necessary transition pieces, stair nosing, complicated fireplace cuts, flush mount vents, etc. If you have your own solid wood or engineered wood- we are happy to provide a quote for installation only. We do not offer installation of LVP or vinyl materials.

Quotes will also provide costs necessary for demolition and disposal of any existing floor coverings. (existing hardwood, LVP, vinyl, laminate, tile and carpet)

Stair Refinishing

Stair refinishing is a very tedious process that requires precision and attention to detail. We’ll determine if your current structure needs to be taken apart during the refinishing process or if we can refinish it in place. During some refinishes, we may need to remove each spindle or support beam temporarily to reach the desired outcome.

Stair Installation

We can install any domestic wood staircase to complete your space. Please see our Design and Sales section for wood choice options. During your quote, we will measure the space and determine the tread and riser sizes needed. Stairs will be installed, custom fit and finished to your choice of finish.
